Hey hey! Simran, co-founder of Glowkind 🌸 clean skincare for Indian skin. D2C + Nykaa + Amazon. Seed, 15 people, ₹70L/month. Need help with: performance marketing (Meta ROAS dropped from 3.2 to 1.9) and a good contract manufacturer for a new SKU.
Nykaa + Amazon listing optimisation — happy to share what moved our conversion
Meta ROAS is 1.9 now 😭 anyone has a D2C performance agency that actually delivers?
Quick poll: do you pay your team on the 1st or last working day?
