How your data is handled
What I store
- The chat exports you import: messages, sender names as WhatsApp shows them, and times. Phone numbers shown instead of names are stripped.
- What I learn from them: profiles (role, company, what people ask for and offer), suggested intros and your decisions on them.
- Your account: your Google name and email, when you signed up, and how many AI calls you used each day.
Who can see it
Only you. Groups you import are private to your account. Nobody in the group is contacted, and nothing is ever posted to WhatsApp: drafts open in your own WhatsApp for you to send.
What leaves this app
Messages that look like intros, asks or offers are sent to Google's Gemini models on Google Cloud Vertex AI (region: global) to build profiles. Google processes them under its Cloud terms and doesn't use them to train its models. Short descriptions of asks, offers and profiles are also turned into numbers (embeddings) by Google to match them by meaning. Nothing else leaves.
The people in your chats
Your groups contain other people's messages. Import only groups you're a member of, use what you find to make helpful introductions, and delete a group when you no longer need it.
Deleting
Delete a single import or a whole group any time from Import chat or Settings. Delete my data on your account page removes every group you imported, your usage records and your account, immediately and for good.
Limits
During the beta each account gets 40 AI calls a day (roughly a few thousand messages read). Reading continues where it stopped the next day.
